What is it about?

• Forgot your password

  Tap "Forgot password?" when you sign in to the app, and a code is sent to your e‑mail. No confirmed e‑mail address on the account? Write to us with your username and we will help.

• Something wrong on the map

  Tap "Report a problem" on the camera in the app, and the camera's number comes along in the e‑mail. You can also write to us and tell us where the camera is.

• Your data

  You delete the account yourself in the app, under Profile. Want to know what we have stored about you, correct something or remove only some of it? Write from the address on the account, or give your username. More under Delete account.

• Test OPMaps

  The app is being tested on Android right now. Send us the Google address (Gmail) you use on your phone, and we add you to the test on Google Play. We use it for nothing else.

• Security problems

  Found a security flaw in the app or on the website? Write to the same address. We take it seriously and answer as fast as we can.

• Everything else

  Ideas, praise, criticism or questions from the press: it all goes to the same address.

We never ask for your password, by e‑mail or any other way. Never write your password in an e‑mail to us.
